Culture isn’t just a "nice to have"; it’s the backbone of success, touching every aspect of your organisation. So, what is culture? In the words of organisational culture expert Michael Henderson: “What it means to be human around here.” I love this definition because it captures the essence of culture in its simplest, most relatable form Here are my top 3 tips for fostering a culture that supports successful transitions: 1️⃣ Design it with purpose: A culture will form, whether you shape it or not.
