Bricks and mortar. That’s the real start of construction. That was our beginning. In 1967, two brothers – Frank and Nunzio Pellicano, established a humble bricklaying business. And, just like the buildings we construct, we have built this business from the ground up to become an award winning, leading multidisciplinary property and construction enterprise. Pellicano owns and manages over 180 properties, with 360+ commercial customers currently enjoying these spaces. The property portfolio is diverse, comprising assets in the residential, commercial, retail/large format retail, industrial and hospitality sectors.

As we approach the end of year, our team is taking a moment to celebrate the finalised developments and new projects across our portfolio in 2024. Our annual Development Summary video shows everything from completion of three BTR projects in Brisbane, to the completion of Gates' new industrial facility in Dandenong South. We’d also like to extend a thank you to the project partners, consultants, agents and clients who we’ve worked with this year, we are looking forward to another big year in 2025!

As we near the end of 2024, I am very proud of the team to showcase the completion of our 3rd and final BTR building for the year in QLD. Managed by our own Pellicano Living and Rambla businesses, Story House rounds out a total of 347 BTR apartments delivered in 2024 across Woolloongabba, Fortitude Valley and now Kangaroo Point. This has been an exceptional effort by the Pellicano team, from development, delivery and operation, as well as the countless consultants and contractors who have contributed.

Pellicano, in a joint venture with Judd & Sons, is pleased to announce the sale of two land parcels to Coles Group and ALDI Stores Australia at Kaiela Business Park at Yarrawonga. Coles has acquired a 2.076ha site, while Aldi’s acquisition was 8,780sqm. The partnership started subdividing the Kaiela Business Park site in 2010, transforming it into a masterplanned estate - all lots have now been sold individually.
