This week Roxanne Gorman, Partner at Perpetual Private, appeared on ausbiz to highlight a significant trend: Australian women are set to inherit 65% of intergenerational wealth over the next decade. This, coupled with the rise of successful professional women, underscores the importance of having advisers who understand women’s unique needs, to guide women through inheritance and wealth creation. At Perpetual Private, our national program, Advice for Women, by Women, is dedicated to helping women achieve their financial goals and secure their future. 🎁 A heartfelt thank you to Perpetual Limited for your incredible generosity and support of our Aboriginal Early Years Program! Thanks to their donations of Aboriginal-authored books, games, and puzzles, families in our program will have access to meaningful resources that celebrate culture and support early learning and development. The Aboriginal Early Years Program is a vital early intervention initiative aimed at helping parents provide their children (aged 0-5) with a strong start in life. Through tailored family support, parenting programs, playgroups, and community engagement, the program fosters healthy development, parenting confidence, and connections to essential services. Together, we’re empowering families and communities for brighter futures. 💚

An incredible She Gives event today celebrating women’s leadership in philanthropy with Governor-General Her Excellency Sam Mostyn AC and 50 of Australia’s most prominent women in giving. Perpetual is proud to be a Major Supporting Partner of the She Gives campaign, a national initiative to unlock the catalytic potential of women’s giving and accelerate positive social change. We are also honoured to carry out the philanthropic wishes of many women clients, who are making a significant impact in the areas they’re passionate about, through their active philanthropy or their legacies. Understanding the unique perspectives that women bring to giving is something we pride ourselves on, and this extends beyond philanthropy and into how we work more broadly with our clients, and aligns with the recent launch of our Advice for women, by women initiative. #SheGives #WomenInPhilanthropy #AustralianPhilanthropy #AdviceforWomen Caitriona (Cat) Fay Melissa Smith She Gives Noble Ambition Perpetual NFP and Philanthropy

The Perpetual ESG Australian Share Fund (Managed Fund) (ASX:GIVE) donates a portion of the performance fee it earns to charity and this year we are proud to continue our journey of community giving by donating to LifeChanger Foundation, a preventative mental health and wellbeing non-profit that empowers young people to live thriving, resilient lives. The donation from GIVE is in addition to the $150,000 Perpetual Group donated to LifeChanger in 2024 to help the delivery of their critical programs into schools. GIVE focuses on investing predominately in quality Australian shares that meet Perpetual’s ESG and values-based criteria, giving investors an opportunity to align their investments with their personal values and ESG preferences. Advice for women, by women - get to know Roxanne Gorman, Partner, Private Clients. “What I love most about my role is getting to know my clients, building a relationship with them and helping them reach their goals. I love the strategy work behind this role just as much as the investments side. I also think it's important to have female role models in the finance industry. As a mother of two girls, I believe it's important for women to be financially aware and astute. Many women have historically tended to default to their male partner, but finance isn't that complex. Women are very strategic, they're running households, managing families, organising everything for both themselves and those around them. They just have to believe in themselves.”
