In 2019, I trusted my gut instinct to step away from one successful career and reinvent the way I showed up for myself and others. I was 44, and 80% of people I told I was ready for new beginnings said, 'Don't do it' because I was seen as a successful leader in the business I had created and built. Do you have the right tribe by your side? My secret sauce is aligning with who I choose to surround myself with. I am who I am because of “the people” I prefer to share my energy with, and in business, you are only as good as the people you lead or work alongside. The good news is we have a choice on who we wish to share our energy with when we permit ourselves to release what does not light us up to create space for what does. An amazing 72 hours in Bryon Bay creating our brand narrative for 2025.
