There is opportunity for disruption because existing solutions, such as internships, have high overheads and are hard to scale for both Corporate and University participants. We believe that our smart technology, combined with the right business model, can also help change the economics and outcomes of work integrated learning, creating dramatic growth opportunities for the industry. We are leveraging the same technology capabilities and trends that are driving the adoption of MOOCs, learning analytics and adaptive learning.

Saloni Goyal, a Finance and Business Analytics major at UNSW, recently took on a leadership role as Co-Team Leader and Partnership & Outreach Coordinator in a 3-week global scope project. Her team conducted in-depth market research to help their client, Nutrition 4 Performance, tackle challenges and identify growth opportunities. Saloni demonstrated outstanding leadership by guiding a team, ensuring seamless collaboration, managing deliverables in just 3 weeks, and consistently refining their work based on feedback. The result? A successful final presentation and glowing feedback from their client, Edwina Ekins. Recently, I had one of the best opportunities to be a Co-Team Leader and Partnership & Outreach Coordinator in a 3-week global scope project. This was an amazing and rewarding experience, giving me a taste of what a real-life work project looks like. As a team, we researched the current market trends to provide insights on industry status, evolving customer needs, competitor responses, and growth opportunities to help our client overcome challenges and drive success. Some key achievements: 🔸 Leading a team of 7 – Ensuring constant communication, organising and leading team meetings and staying on top of our work. 🔸 Coordinating with our mentor and client – Organizing weekly meetings to keep everyone updated and on track. 🔸 Managing deliverables – Submitted 7 deliverables between our mentor and client, culminating in a final presentation within just 3 weeks. 🔸 Incorporating feedback – Regularly adapting our report to include new feedback and insights. This was a challenging role, as it was my first time taking on such a leadership position. On top of that, the time pressure was intense, but I’m thrilled to say the final outcome was a success. Our client,Edwina Ekins, was very happy with the results and gave us amazing feedback. I’d like to thank her and her company, Nutrition 4 Performance, for giving us this incredible chance to explore a fascinating industry and for being so forthcoming and supportive throughout the project. I would also like to thank Ronnie Cheng for being an outstanding mentor. Your feedback not just for the deliverables but in general about our strengths and weaknesses really added so much to the project, I will be taking a lot of it away in my professional life going forward. I’m grateful to have been part of an amazing team with Wilson L., Yun Han Fong, Calista Alethea Tjoputra, Kaichuan Yu, Aurora Lee, and my co-team leader, Kamu Linna.
