Before Christmas we had the pleasure of hosting award-winning chef, Rosheen Kaul, right in the hustle of Harvest Hall, for her highly anticipated Festive Fusion cooking demo. 🌈 A complete (and colourful) custom 5-dish menu with tasters 🌶️ Aromatic and Asian-inspired twist on a festive feast 📝 Attendees left with exclusive recipe cards featuring step-by-step instructions to recreate these incredible dishes at home 🎶 And, of course, a Spotify playlist curated specifically for the menu The experience was made even more special by the team at Maker And Monger, who served perfectly paired wine tastings throughout the event. 𝗙𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀 As part of this year's Spring campaign, we decorated the Market with giant flowers – you could see them hanging all throughout the place as you shopped. Instead of putting them into storage once the campaign had finished, we decided to re-home them instead. 🌸 This weekend we hosted our Faux Flower Market, selling these big blooms to plenty of happy customers, with all proceeds going to Free to Feed. Sold out before we could even get to Sunday, it was blooming nice to send the flowers to good homes, and for such a good cause. #melbournemarkets #reuse #recycle #events #activations #community #charity
