Earlier this month, our entire Como Toorak project team came together to celebrate the official top of this landmark project., Bringing together representatives from Henny , Jolson Architecture and Interiors, Qualitas, Christie's International Real Estate, Kay & Burton, Legata Projects and more, it was wonderful to take a moment to celebrate this huge project milestone. We are delighted with Henny’s progress onsite and are looking forward to plenty happening over the coming months with the install of our incredible curved glass windows and hand-crafted Spanish bricks to bring Como’s exterior to life. Thank you to all the project partners who attended and have contributed to Como’s success to date, we can’t wait to see this project complete at the end of the year.

The Queens have arrived in Clifton Hill! Last weekend, Prime Edition was proud to launch its latest project, 33 Queens Pde, and its bespoke display suite to the locals of Clifton Hill and surrounds. The launch was a huge success, welcoming over 100 potential purchasers across the day. Prime Editions' Development team was on hand to step each one through this incredible project and its celebration of the character of Clifton Hill – Storied, Sophisticated and Timeless. Prime Edition is delighted to announce that the Penthouse at Avoca, South Yarra has now been sold. Set proudly on Avoca St in Domain Hill, one of South Yarra’s most coveted and lifestyle centric address’, Avoca is a professional collaboration between the renowned Pandolfini Architects & Myles Baldwin Design and is being luxuriously delivered by our team and our construction partner Henny Scheduled for completion in 2025, only three whole floor residences remain in this incredibly unique property. Congratulations to Jack Nicol and Marcus Chiminello and the Marshall White team.

Last week the team at Prime Edition got the opportunity to spend some time in the Sub-Zero & Wolf Melbourne showroom and get an up-close and personal education on their amazing range of products. Hosted by the e&s team and Sub-Zero & Wolf, our Design and Development team were able to experience the incredible range of kitchen appliances that have been specified on both our Como Toorak and Avoca South Yarra projects. Understanding how these products can be used and how they will enhance the living and functionality experiences of our future residents.
