A huge congratulations to one of our most consistent performers Kristen Lightbody for being awarded May’s Employee of the Month in our Perth office! This May, Kristen made the jump from recruiting Temporary Qualified Finance professionals to a new desk in Permanent Qualified Finance. Within a matter of days, she successfully secured not one but two retainers at the senior level and successfully placed both. In addition to her fantastic and consistent billings, Kristen has led by example in her activity, exceeding KPI targets each month and making the quarterly lunch club yet again, all the while with a smile on her face and a level of unmatched energy in the office.
