The world is changing at breakneck speed with a number of complex risks for investors to address. However, today's environment is creating exciting investment prospects for infrastructure investors. “Certain trends are inherently inflationary, meaning that infrastructure's inflation-linked cashflows are more attractive to investors than ever,” said Ross Israel, Head of Global Infrastructure, QIC. To learn more about how QIC Infrastructure is staying ahead in this rapidly changing world, read the recent keynote interview with Ross Israel in Infrastructure Investor. https://lnkd.in/gbxAUPUh

In Miami this week, QIC’s Head of US, Private Equity Matt Diestel joined panellists at iConnections Global Alts conference on a panel titled “Growth Equity: A Goldilocks Option?” Matt talked to QIC’s view that venture-backed growth and growth equity investment strategies offer a compelling proposition; however, he noted, the right playbook is nuanced. “We find the ability to access high-growth businesses at an inflection point, where capital can accelerate scale, optimize operations and unlock markets, to be attractive in today's environment. But while the opportunity is attractive, growth does not always equal efficiency. The best investors know that revenue expansion must be paired with sustainable fundamentals like scalable go-to-market strategies, disciplined capital allocation and a clear path to profitability." Panellists include Michael Patanella, Grant Thornton (US); Martin Escobari, General Atlantic; Darren Cohen, Goldman Sachs; Jim Pittman, BCI
