Through various interactions — phone calls, in-person roadshows, and surveys — our investors have consistently expressed a preference for closed-ended trusts. These trusts can provide greater certainty around the length of the investment term and what the exit strategy looks like. In response to this feedback, our recent offerings have focused on single-asset, closed-ended trusts with an investment horizon of 5–7 years, that still provide compelling monthly distributions. Yesterday, in partnership with ANZ, Quanta hosted an Economic Update presented by ANZ's Associate Director of Property Daniel Gradwell.   It was fantastic to hear the insights from Daniel around the resilience of the labour market, the impacts of south-east Queensland's strong population growth and in particular, what direction commercial property yields are heading as expectations of interest rate cuts start to take hold.   Quanta and ANZ enjoy a great working relationship and we thank them for providing our investors and industry partners the opportunity to come along to the event.   Noni Keast Aron B.
