Yesterday’s PCB Connect Forum and Expo 2025 brought together key industry leaders to tackle one of the most pressing issues in Australian manufacturing—securing sovereign capability in our PCB #supplychain. Our Managing Director, Carl Quarterman, who also serves as Chair of Australian Industry & Defence Network (AIDN), represented the voice of the industry, advocating for all those within the PCB supply chain. Almer Devaro Bilal and Amaru Taylor from our team have just completed the #Lean4x4 Continuous Improvement #Course, adding to our team’s knowledge of #lean #principles and #best #practices.   Over two days, they gained hands-on experience in #waste #reduction, #process #optimisation, and structured #problem-solving. While Lean Manufacturing is already a big part of how we operate, there’s always something new to learn. This course gave them fresh insights to help us refine our processes, work smarter, and keep improving.   Learning never stops, and we are excited to see how Amaru and Almer apply their new skills to make a real impact in production.
