How to build momentum in real estate? Momentum isn’t as elusive as it seems, it’s about strategy 🔑Mark McLeod 📍 Geographic focus: Agents who concentrate their efforts in a tight area create a “layering effect” through consistent marketing and repetitive interactions with locals. 📈 Volume over GCI: Prioritise the number of sales over Gross Commission Income (GCI). Whether it’s an $8M or $1M property, each sale builds momentum. 💡 Agents making 50+ sales annually often scale to 60, 70, or even 80+ sales. Those below this threshold often plateau. The difference? Volume and focus. What to double down on: ✅ Listings in a specific area ✅ Consistent open homes ✅ Building community presence Success isn’t just about effort, it’s about strategy. Start small, stay consistent, and watch your momentum grow. Read more here: https://ow.ly/RQQF50Uh9GJ #RealEstateTips #AgentSuccess #MomentumMatters #GeographicFocus #RayWhite
