  • 🔥 First Aid for Burns – Know What to Do! 🩹 When burns happen, quick and proper first aid is key: 1️⃣ Stop the burning process: Stop, Drop, Cover & Roll or douse flames with water. 2️⃣ Cool the burn: Use cool running water for at least 20 minutes. 🕒 3️⃣ Remove jewellery or tight clothing (if safe) to prevent restriction. 4️⃣ Cover the burn: Use a clean, non-stick dressing (cling film works well). 5️⃣ Keep them warm: Protect unburnt areas to avoid hypothermia. 🧣 DO NOT: ❌ Use ice or lotions. ❌ Peel off clothing stuck to the burn. ❌ Pop blisters.   • 🪲 Bites & Stings First Aid: Ticks, Bees, Wasps & Ants 🐝 While most stings and bites cause pain or swelling, some can trigger severe allergic reactions or even paralysis. Quick action saves lives! What to do for stings & bites: ✅ Bee sting: Remove the sting quickly without squeezing the venom sac 🐝 ✅ Tick bite: Freeze the tick (if safe) and seek medical help.
