New hairstyles, different glasses, fun projects, a sea change… I’m up for it ALL! I am fascinated and dedicated to self-awareness and improvement – hence my PASSION for coaching, PRINT® (I’m a 1 / 2), Human Design (I’m a 2/5 splenic projector) and journaling. Having been attuned to Reiki since I was 10 years old, I am a big believer in all things ENERGY, oneness and other worlds. My favourite subjects at school were English Lit, History but I studied Geophysics and later an MBA. I did geophysics because I once saw a job-ad for a geophysicist in Antartica and thought that’d be cool (I’ve never been to Antartica, but the profession did take me around the world to some cool places). I’m endlessly curious about what it means to be human, and it is through meditation that I am learning how our human operating system works (spoiler: default settings are not the best option). I quite literally, live another life in my dream world, filled with familiar places, roads, and buildings I visit again and again. I’ve always been a bit of a rule-breaker—not in a “screw you” way, but in a “this doesn’t make sense” kind of way. So naturally, I see status quo everywhere and love challenging it. The intersection of science and spirituality? That’s my jam, and I could talk about it all day. I’m a Manifesting Generator (Human Design), which means I work best when I’m responding or adding to something rather than initiating. I’m at my best when I’m following what excites me, which means I am a chronic task switcher. My first rabbit hole was in 2005. It started with toxins in food, body, and cleaning products, and since then, it’s been big telecoms, Big Pharma, owned media, and most recently, global financial systems and fiat currency. I avoid the news, PowerPoint, blind compliance, and quite specific, I know— the quote “I am enough”. Moving my body is something I value deeply; right now, I’m into walking, swimming, yoga, and CrossFit.
