We were very humbled and proud to launch our Reconciliation Action Plan at Revo Fitness last week.   We were honoured to have Rhys Paddick and Emma Gibbens the Founders of Acknowledge This! guide our team through this journey. Their insights were invaluable in helping us understand the importance of reconciliation in building a truly inclusive environment. The launch kicked off with a Welcome to Country from Clive Smith, and was followed by First Nations mural artist Jade Dolman who explained the meaning behind the mural she painted for our office - a beautiful reminder of our connection to Noongar Boodjar land.   Reconciliation is a commitment we take seriously, and we’re excited to integrate it into our everyday work and culture. Our RAP is a step toward making Revo an even more inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. Through ongoing cultural awareness training, community partnerships, and support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, we’re working to make a meaningful impact.   Thank you to our team, members, and community for embracing this journey with us.
