Ray White Commercial A Month In Review || November 2024 November was another standout month for the RWC network! Here's what made this month exceptional: 🔥 Our Auction Showcase kicked off, with auctions held across the network delivering strong results and reinforcing the power of the auction method in commercial property. 📈 In property management, we celebrated personal bests in revenue across multiple businesses, a testament to the continued growth and exceptional service delivery within our network. 🏆 A special mention to our newly established property management teams at RWC Gateway and RWC Adelaide, who are already making waves by securing new properties under management. It's been a pleasure to support these teams as they build their success! 💡 With over 10,967 tenancies under management and 421 commercial transactions recorded, our network continues to set benchmarks across Australasia. November's achievements demonstrate the strength of collaboration and the collective effort of businesses and members. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this another outstanding month!

Introducing the first speaker for CONNECT 2025! Nedd Brockmann, the fastest-ever Australian to run across the country, has become a symbol of resilience, grit, and giving back. In just 46 days and over 4,000 km, Nedd ran from Perth to Bondi Beach, averaging 80km a day. But his journey wasn’t just about breaking records; it was about raising awareness and making a difference. His goal? To raise $1 million for the homeless charity We Are Mobilise. But in a true testament to his drive, Nedd's journey went viral, and he raised a jaw-dropping $2.5 million, with $600,000 coming in on the final day alone. And Nedd isn’t stopping. Just weeks ago, he completed the ‘Uncomfortable Challenge’, running 1,000 miles (1,600 km) in 12 days—averaging over 3 marathons a day—raising an incredible $3.7 million for those in need. Want to hear more from Nedd and learn how he conquered his mind and made an impact? Secure your ticket today to hear Nedd speak on the main stage at Connect 2025 here: https://ow.ly/QG2450U0UFp #NeddBrockmann #WeAreMobilise #CharityRun #Conference #Connect2025

The RLB bi-annual crane count for Q3 in Australia shows a decline in residential development but growth in non-residential sectors. Residential cranes decreased from 535 to 493, while non-residential cranes increased by 34 to a total of 370. This indicates a shift towards commercial development and changing urban development priorities. What lies in store for residential and non-residential construction?
