🏆 Sold Trophy New Farm Property - $9,500,000 + GST Thanks to Chris Herde for his fantastic article on our recent sale of 572 Brunswick Street, New Farm. Having been leased to IGA Marketplace since 2004, the property was sold at Auction as vacant possession, attracting 511 enquiries from investors, developers and owner-occupiers. The property sold under the hammer to Artemus Group, who purchased the property to be their new headquarters.
