  • Welcome Eloise Pritcher to the Safety People Team! We are delighted to announce that Eloise Pritcher has joined us as a Recruitment Consultant at Safety People. Eloise brings with her a passion for connecting with people and a rich background in recruitment within the HSE/WHS and injury management sectors. Why did you get into recruitment, and what do you love about working in the HSE/WHS and injury management space? "I was drawn to recruitment because I thrive in environments that are both bustling and challenging. There’s something incredibly rewarding about connecting with people who aren't just looking for a job but are passionate about making a positive impact in their workplaces. Working in the HSE/WHS and injury management space is particularly fulfilling because the candidates are deeply committed to safety and health, which are crucial for any company’s culture." What’s the best part of matching the right person to the right role for you? "Finding the perfect match is deeply satisfying. It's more than just filling a position—it's about creating happiness and fulfillment for both the client and the candidate. Knowing that I’ve played a part in that success is why I love what I do." Is there a standout moment in your career so far that makes you smile when you think about it? "Absolutely! I once filled a very critical role for a client at the last minute, which helped keep their project on track. This not only saved them from a lot of stress and potential financial loss but also reinforced the impact a timely recruitment decision can have. It’s moments like these that are truly gratifying." In your opinion, what makes someone a great fit for roles in this industry? "A great candidate for the HSE/WHS sector needs to have a sharp eye for detail and a strong knowledge base in health and safety. But what really sets them apart is their passion for the work—they need to genuinely care about making workplaces safer and healthier." What do you enjoy doing when you’re not helping clients and candidates? "When I’m not at work, you can find me enjoying Melbourne’s beautiful beaches, taking long walks with my dog, or exploring the city’s fantastic food scene. It’s all about finding that perfect balance!" What are you most excited about as you join the Safety People team? "I’m looking forward to meeting more people in the industry and broadening my knowledge and expertise in HSE/WHS. It’s an opportunity to not only grow professionally but also contribute to the field in meaningful ways." We are excited to see Eloise apply her expertise and fresh ideas to help us continue to drive positive change in the industry.
