Following Serenitas' growth to be one of Australia's pre-eminent Residential Land Lease operators, we are expanding the company's leadership group and, as such, are delighted to announce the appointment of Von Slater as our new CEO. Von brings with her a huge depth of experience from her time at a number of Australia’s larger industry operators. Her expertise and leadership will be instrumental in delivering on our vision of empowering all those in our communities to live secure, fulfilled, and enriched lives. As part of this leadership expansion, Rob Nichols will transition from his current dual role as CEO and Executive Chairman to a sole role as Executive Chairman, and will remain deeply involved with Serenitas. We warmly welcome Von to the Serenitas family and look forward to continued growth under her leadership. 

A special milestone has been reached at one of our newest communities, Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra with construction officially commencing on the first stage of low-maintenance homes. To mark the occasion, we invited founding deposit holders to help turn the first sod and celebrate the beginning of a new era of over-50s living in the Scenic Rim. On the 22nd of May, the Serenitas team joined homeowners and distinguished guests for the official grand opening of the multi-million dollar Clubhouse. The Clubhouse will become an integral component for our residents, operating as an inviting communal space fostering daily social and recreational activities.
