We've been working on the skills taxonomy problem for a while now -- in fact, over a decade. Some people are ahead of the game, so we made it simple to bulk import their skills (and other) data into Skills Base. Some people need a few templates, so we did that too, through the Skills Base Library. Some people need a bit of help along the way, and our customer success team has worked with hundreds of customers to get ready to leverage skill insights.
