Congratulations to our Q3 winners! These awards recognise our employees who have embodied Smartpay's company values over the past quarter.

Today is #worldmentalhealthday, and October is Mental Health Month, with this year’s theme being “Let’s Talk About It”, prompting us to reflect on our mental health and overall well-being, irrespective of whether we’ve personally encountered it. It emphasises the significance of maintaining good mental health in our daily lives and encourages a proactive approach to seeking help when necessary. Today in recognition of this important cause, Smartpay Australia put on a healthy breakfast to clear our minds and created a positive affirmation wall to encourage staff to “Take What You Need and Give What You Can" by leaving a positive note for someone who might need it and boost positive energy in the workplace. Remember to listen if someone needs to talk, be an advocate and always support each other!

Last Friday, the Smartpay teams in New Zealand and Australia celebrated 'Pink Shirt Day' to raise awareness of bullying prevention and how to be an Upstander. Smartpay strives to create an inclusive and safe working environment for all our employees. Thank you to everyone who participated by wearing pink or bright coloured clothing, sharing pink baked goodies, and engaging in the quiz, to support our stance against bullying, particularly in the workplace.
