Happy World Mental Health Day! 😊 No matter what you’re going through, no matter the depth, I promise if you just hold on, the best is yet to come.
This year, I am grateful to be operating in a whole new stratosphere in the mental health space.
At Survive to Thrive Nation (STTN), we continue to position our hearts and actions towards revolutionising mental health care.
Just last Sunday, on October 6th, we launched an innovative psychology service for veterans in Australia. If you download the Survive to Thrive Nation app, with just a click of a button veterans are guaranteed to see a psychologist within just five days. This is a significant step towards making mental health care seamlessly accessible bridging yet another life-saving and changing innovative support gap in the veteran community.
On July 11, we expanded our mission with the launch of our groundbreaking Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for the general public. This service pro-actively and reactively supports employees from induction, to job role, through their professional development significantly enhancing a happier, motivated, and supported workplace experience. This is the first time since our inception a decade ago that STTN has broadened its reach beyond the veteran community. The response has been positively overwhelming, and we are proud to be a one-stop shop for mental health support across all industries and company sizes.
We’re also excited to announce our new Veteran Employee Assistance Program (VEAP), designed to provide specialised support for veteran employees through our evidence-based services.
It’s been a monumental year for STTN—changing and saving lives in the process. Mental health is the cornerstone to success in all our lives, and we believe that everyone deserves - thriving minds, thriving lives, and thriving cultures.
Also, special mention to RSL Queensland for another incredible partnership in changing and saving lives in the veteran community.
Together, let’s continue to make the world a better place through mental health conversations and support.
