Victoria Tower continues to reach new heights as we race towards the industry Christmas shutdown period. We are currently at level 26 of the total 37 floors – 11 floors to go!

As we recognise National Safety Month, we're reminded that each day offers the chance to elevate our safety standards. Through teamwork, vigilance, and a culture of empowered decision-making, every person on-site has the authority to speak up and make a difference.   Let’s stand together and make safety our priority—safety is everyone’s business.

We were excited to welcome 30 Adelaide University students to our Victoria Tower site for a guided site tour. The students learned about the project's safety measures, sustainability efforts, and logistic challenges. Seeing the next generation of construction professionals eager to learn and be exposed to relevant Adelaide projects is inspiring.

Four of our ORTA team members had a fantastic day participating in the 2024 Inaugural Construction Cup Golf Day! It was a great opportunity to network, enjoy some fun on the green, and most importantly, support two important causes — Cystic Fibrosis SA and MATES in Construction. We’re proud to have been part of an event making a difference in our community!

Exciting progress continues at ORTA on The Parade, with key structural elements taking shape. The installation of precast panels and the innovative bubble deck system showcase our commitment to advanced construction techniques and efficiency. Stay tuned as we move closer to completion!

The transformation continues at Victoria Tower as the facade installation progresses beautifully, maximising the opportunity right to the underside of screens and around the builder's hoist cavity.

We are delighted to share that SYNERGY CONSTRUCT has been recognised at the SA 2024 Australian Institute of Building Awards! Vibe Hotel won in the Commercial Construction $25M – $60M category: An architecturally stunning 4+ star hotel in Adelaide’s east end featuring a unique suspended bridge swimming pool and luxurious modern guest rooms. We also received a High Commendation for Norwood Mixed Development in the Commercial Construction $60M plus category: The COMO development revitalises Norwood Parade with luxurious residential additions, vibrant retail spaces and more. Congratulations to everyone at SYNERGY CONSTRUCT and all involved, who contributed to these fantastic achievements!

🌟ORTA on The Parade Milestone 🌟 We are progressing our next major milestone at ORTA on The Parade: completing the first of four staged concrete pours for the Level 5 slab, all scheduled for this week. Featuring the innovative Bubble Deck structural system, we're reducing concrete use and minimising environmental impact. Stay tuned for updates as we achieve this significant step!

Witness the impressive milestone of the Victoria Tower Level 9 Transfer Slab Pour. Key stats: - 1200 m³ of concrete - 200 concrete trucks - Over 3000 formwork props to support the weight of the wet concrete - 235 tonnes of reinforcement - Continuous pouring from Friday 10:45pm to Saturday 9:45am This is SYNERGY CONSTRUCT's largest suspended slab pour to date, showcasing exceptional coordination and engineering.
