Synergy is celebrating being recognised as an Inclusive Employer by the Diversity Council Australia (DCA) for a third year in a row. 60 employers nationally achieved this status in 2024-25. The DCA’s Inclusive Employers Index tracks the progress of an organisation’s diversity and inclusion efforts, benchmarked against the Australian workforce and leaders in this space. Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Patrick Moran - MBA UWA, said being recognised as an Inclusive Employer by DCA was based on what our people share about their experiences while working at Synergy. “It reassures us that we are on the right path to creating an exceptional place to work,” Patrick said.
