We are thrilled to share that Mossop has been selected as the Construction Manager for the prestigious task of delivering design and construct services for Slape and Sons new state-of-the-art meat processing manufacturing facility at Dry Creek. This project is a significant milestone for Slape and Sons, setting the stage for their future expansion. The project's scope involves constructing a modern, purpose-built factory that will house cutting-edge technology and machinery. These advancements will not only improve efficiency and productivity but also uphold the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Additionally, the facility will feature a dedicated pad site for a future Café and a spacious car park. As the Managing Contractor, Mossop will provide services for equipment procurement, including the relocation of existing equipment from their current site in Newton. Our expertise lies in meticulously reviewing design documentation, offering valuable buildability advice, and conducting comprehensive assessments. By identifying and mitigating potential risks while capitalising on opportunities, we are confident that our contribution will ensure the project's overall success. We are excited to embark on this project for Slape and Sons, led by Philip and Sam Slape in collaboration with wider project team, Bell Architecture, Bruce Roach Design, Chris Sale Consulting, TMK Consulting Engineers and KD Building Certifier which will support their continuous growth for years to come.
