    TEAM TUNE-UPS – what are they? Once we have worked with a team to develop their Culture Code framework, we use Team Tune-Ups to review, reflect and see how the team are performing. This process comes from our sporting roots and has achieved the same success in corporate workshops when used at regular intervals. Each Team Tune-Up picks up where the client left off so that it is tailored to the individual journey of our clients. They might cover: ✴ What behaviors have we changed since our last workshop, and where can we improve? ✴ What do we need from our leaders and teammates? ✴ Giving and receiving feedback, using our “Real Talk” framework ✴ What are our priorities for the next quarter? Achieving great culture and high performance is a journey that takes time and consistent effort, which is why TTUs are so important. We love building longstanding relationships with our leaders and we are here to support your culture journeys every step of the way.
