Over the past 12 months, we’ve had the privilege of working with a range of clients and delivering impactful projects. Some key achievements from our inaugural year include: • 4 staff members • Completed a secondment overseeing the management of      Devonport Airport during a crucial safety and compliance      phase • Successfully managed the construction of a new organics      facility in Northern Tasmania • In partnership, secured a 5-year contract to conduct asset      inspections and provide engineering services for port      infrastructure, aligned with WSCAM, and completed the first-      year scope • Commenced, and continuing the commissioning management      of a new shiploader Design and Construct project • Collaborated with ROVing Intelligence to complete multiple subsea asset      inspection projects across ports in Victoria, Tasmania, and      Queensland, utilizing WSCAM methodologies • Awarded project management for a bollard replacement      initiative on King Island • Began assisting a client with scope development and planning      for renewable energy projects in Tasmania As we look ahead to our second year, we are focused on strategic growth, onboarding additional staff, advancing tender processes, and strengthening our client relationships. Strength in Partnership! TD Consulting and ROVing Intelligence are proud to announce the successful completion of Stage 1 of the subsea WSCAM inspections in Hobart, further strengthening our robust partnership in asset inspection. In collaboration with Beca and on behalf of TasPorts, our dedicated team executed a comprehensive three-week campaign, inspecting a variety of subsea assets across the port. Devonport Airport is the largest security-controlled north-west airport in Tasmania and offers 24-hour, 365 days a year all-weather facilities. Catering for passenger, air-freight, and general aviation, the Airport also provides support for air ambulance, rescue helicopters and the police air wing. TD Consulting are working with owner/operator #TasPorts by providing a General Manager under a secondment agreement.
