Designed for a South Island Dairy factory facing high thrust challenges, this motor features two angular contact bearings in the drive end to meet the demanding requirements. Key Features of the Motor: ➡️ Angular Contact Bearings: The motor was equipped with two angular contact bearings in the drive end. Angular contact bearings are specifically designed to handle axial loads, making them ideal for applications with high thrust demands. ➡️ Drive-End Adjustment: Modifying the drive end with these specialised bearings ensures greater durability and efficiency in the specific high-thrust conditions of this application. This prevents wear and tear from excessive axial forces, extending the motor's operational life. ➡️ Rapid In-House Customisation: Unlike standard motor suppliers that might require a factory order for such adjustments, the TNZ modshop completed this customisation in just a few weeks.
