Kalkallo Gets a New Community Centre Kalkallo, located in Victoria is a young and growing community - one of the fastest growing in Australia - so it was decided by Hume City Council in partnership with the Victorian Government to build a facility that will house the services needed for this community to thrive. The new community centre was completed earlier this year with the continuation of stage 2 now in progress. As part of stage 2 Terrrain Group supplied and installed the Elements Capricorn Shelter in the following finishes: Size: 6m x 4m size Structure Finishes: Anodised Aluminium Colour: Dark Commercial Bronze Roof Finishes: Colourbond Roof Colour: Pale Eucalypt with matching screening The end result was a customised shelter to provide the perfect amount of shade and protection all year round! Terrain Group assisted ULS Group Pty Ltd with all required documentation and building permits to complete works on time. Dewer Reserve, Ridgehaven, SA The upgrade to Dewer Reserve at Ridgehaven is now complete, providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for the whole community of City of Tea Tree Gully The enhancements included minor improvements to the existing local playground and the addition of a new play and exercise area suitable for all ages. The project also features new park furniture, enhanced lighting, a shaded area, a drinking fountain, improved landscaping, and additional pathways.
