    Head Of Coaching

That’s a Wrap on 2024 🚀 When I sit back and reflect on the year that has just been, there are a lot of words that come to mind but gratitude is the main one. I’m so grateful for the people I get to work with. Every single day, I’m inspired by the incredible team I’m surrounded by. I’ve never experienced such a supportive network of high achievers. The way everyone shows up for the company and for our members is genuinely inspiring. It’s not every day that you get to rub shoulders with some of the smartest minds in the Ecommerce world, and I feel truly honoured to call these people my team. I’m also immensely grateful for the opportunities I’ve had this year. A huge thank you to Jay Wright and Willy Munro for their trust and guidance. Stepping into the role of Senior Coach and then Head of Coaching in one year has been my biggest career highlight. Each day, I’m learning, growing, and evolving, not just as a coach, but as a person. Having the chance to support our members and lead our coaching team is something I never take for granted. Finally, I’m so grateful for our incredible community of members. What Ecommerce Equation has built is truly special, and it’s all because of the amazing founders who’ve chosen to be part of this journey. My biggest celebrations this year haven’t been personal, they have been with the founders I’ve worked alongside. I’ve celebrated milestones ranging from someone’s first profitable month to a $100K day and even a $1M month. But beyond the numbers, the real celebration is seeing their growth in confidence and control. Ecommerce isn’t easy, it’s unpredictable and requires resilience and grit to navigate its ups and downs. Yet, these founders show up and put everything into making it work. Their dedication pushes me to be better every single day so that I can be the coach they need. You can’t put a price on what we’ve built. Our team and our members have created something truly magical. Here’s to 2025. If it’s anything like this year, it’s going to be a big one!

Too many founders create a business mission they will never achieve . . doing themselves, their team and the clients a massive disservice. At Ecommerce Equation, we purposely created a mission we could literally achieve on the daily. “We help Ecommerce founders grow & scale further and faster than they imagined possible” What a feeling to wake up every day and receive constant win-win feedback that your mission isn’t something that lives in the future, it is something that you are living right now. I recommend you do the same – its feels freakin’ great! (the results below is a very small snapshot of what is happening in EE this week) 🥳 Super proud of everyone we coach right now.

The future of Generative AI features on the Meta platform is extremely exciting. If you have seen the "Text Generation" currently suggested by Meta, chances are you were underwhelmed. But this is all about to change as they will imminently be upgrading the text generation feature to run on Llama 3, delivering much higher quality. Not only will quality improve, but there have been suggestions that they will be analyzing the best performing text from prior ads to inform their generative AI text output. They will also use text already in the account to inform the voice, tone, and persona of new AI text content that is generated. This should all yield far more usable AI Text Generation that is on brand and drives performance. Excited to see the next phase of Meta Generative AI.

    Co-Founder and CEO at Instant

The Collagen Co was one of our earliest adopters of Instant Audiences. Glad to be apart of their growth story, driving an additional $600k+ in sales since we began working together 6 months ago! We’re now their most performing email re-targeting strategy, outperforming ALL their generic Klaviyo campaigns via Shopify. Insane. Started in Covid, Izzak and co-founders have built an incredible brand. Collagen Co. is the definition of what ‘scaling quickly’ really means, and it’s pretty clear to see why — great team, always trialling new technologies to drive growth, apart of great communities like Ecommerce Equation, expanding new regions, new products, etc. They move fast, and every new startup brand should take a page out of their book 👀🚀 Thanks for the warehouse tour and making time to catchup Nicole M.
