Today, we shine a spotlight on Carolyn Tennant, a cherished member of our Executive Hub community, whose candid reflection captures the essence of what makes our roundtables so unique and valuable. "I have been to a few networking groups over the years. I must admit, I am not much of a fan. When I reflect on why, it comes down to this – a lack of authenticity. We were not there for each other, but we were there to promote our businesses. There was too much pressure to network, to win work, to refer work, and to be seen as competent and capable. The Executive Hub is unlike any other business group I have been to thus far. It is a group of business owners or leaders in businesses who meet monthly to support and learn from each other. I have been a part of a Round Table group for around 1 ½ years now and during this time I have had the privilege of sitting with people as they have shared some of the most exciting moments of their careers as well as some of the most poignant. There is rich learning to be had from both sides, and it is refreshing to be a part of a group where people are willing to be honest and open, and offer each other support, at both a professional and personal level." - Carolyn works alongside her husband Paul Tennant at Tennant Schultz, providing 'Business Advisory with a Leadership Focus,' a testament to their commitment to not only financial acumen but also to developing the potential in others. Their work spans key areas: Profitability, Planning and Problem Solving, and People—a true reflection of their personal values. A passionate leader, devoted family person, and a proactive community member, Carolyn's journey from running a dedicated business with her husband to cherishing family moments—like her son's wedding—shows the balance she maintains, enriching every endeavour with integrity and empathy. We are proud to have Carolyn in our community, where experienced leaders continuously inspire each other. Join Philip Ransome, 💡Suzanne Murphy and Mike Rowe at our Executive Hub Roundtables to connect with exceptional leaders like Carolyn and transform your professional journey through genuine, supportive peer learning. 🔗 [Learn more and join us](https://lnkd.in/gkPeU8tr) #Leadership #BusinessGrowth #ExecutiveHub #MemberSpotlight #AuthenticConnections #Adelaidebusiness #PeerSupport

The session, superbly hosted by Spinach, was a testament to how we continuously evolve and adapt to new technologies in our quest for growth.
