We’ve been around for a while (don’t ask our age 😜), but we’re just getting started. THE ICONIC has redefined the future of retail in Australia and New Zealand, and we plan to redefine the future a few more times, too. That’s where you come in, by helping us continue to grow the leading fashion, sports and lifestyle e-commerce destination in the region. Our team helps provide a seamless and inspiring experience, setting the standard for customer service, delivery options, return policies and curation of brands. Our purpose is to 'Create a better way for People to shop'. There are over 1000 ICONITES across our Hubs in Sydney CBD, Alexandria and South West Sydney (which hosts our HUGE Fulfilment Centre!). We are growing fast.... and always looking for great talent to join us!

    On Black Friday we took to the streets of Sydney's Pitt Street mall to remind Australia how much better FAST DELIVERY at THE ICONIC is during The Season of Sales. Along with our partners at WiredCo. and the amazing seamstress Maria, we created a head turning IRL activation, with 10 wonderful models wearing our ICONIC satchels, armed with FAST DELIVERY signage that linked back to our Season of Sales landing page. We captured the activation as social film that we have amplified far and wide and got a cheeky pick up by Channel 7 news - all helping us to deliver a record breaking sales season.   • As the year wraps up, THE ICONIC came together to celebrate what makes us truly iconic — our people. Yesterday, we hosted our annual company-wide awards program, The ICON Awards, and the energy and excitement across our hubs was nothing short of amazing! Our ICONITES are at the centre of everything we do and their passion, innovation and dedication is what drives our success. In the spirit of recognition, we celebrated five extraordinary individuals who go above and beyond to embody our company principles: ⭐ People Are Our Greatest Asset – Renee Roberts ⭐ Dream Big – Jaydeep Sharma ⭐ Stronger Together – Claude-Marie Keirouz ⭐ Customer Obsessed – Ashleigh Hyde ⭐ Style In All We Do – Lisa Bean We were also lucky enough to be joined by THE ICONIC's co-founder, Adam Jacobs, who reflected on our company principles — most of which were established when THE ICONIC first began, and formed the foundation of our category awards.   • Last month, we launched our exciting partnership with Hubbed, introducing customers to a seamless delivery solution at the HUBBED Concept Store in Martin Place, Sydney! This innovative service allows customers to pick up, try on, and return their online orders on the spot—making shopping even more convenient. Beyond that, we've been busy curating unique in-person experiences for our community. To kick things off, we teamed up with Shark Beauty - Ninja Shark Australia to host a Pop-Up Salon, offering complimentary blow wave sessions and styling tips. The response was phenomenal, with over 100 sessions booking out overnight! In celebration of National Recycling Week, we also offered free RCYCL & REWEAR satchels, encouraging customers to recycle or donate their pre-loved clothes—made possible by our amazing partners at RCYCL. We’re thrilled to continue delivering unique experiences at the Hubbed Concept Store. We are thrilled to have partnered with Ray-Ban bringing to life a fully integrated campaign with co-branded assets that went live across our social channels, website, mobile app and eDM. Not to mention the eye catching OOH media that can be spotted across Sydney and Melbourne.
