We are looking for a Store Manager in our Mona Vale store! Full Time Sunday - Thursday. Our stores & our team proudly provide support on our amazing organic certified products whilst sharing our passion for healthy living through organic products. Our Store Managers play a pivotal role in the business, leading a customer & product focused passionate team. You will drive & develop your team to achieve overall success for the store including sales growth, profitability, merchandising and day to day operations. You will be a natural leader with a passion for retail management. You will be highly self-motivated with high energy and a positive approach to achieving success. With strong communication & presentation skills you can influence through leadership and coaching. This position involves: Leading by example, motivate your team to meet expectations, & drive performance; Provide ongoing training & mentoring to your team; All aspects of management of a small, close knit team; Operational aspects of the store, including rostering, ordering, wastage, food safety, & stock control; Implementing & maintaining an exceptional level of merchandising & store presentation standards; Driving of in store efficiencies to deliver profitable outcomes & achieve KPI's. We’re looking for someone who has: Proven leadership through coaching, developing & guiding a motivated team to ensure the store is kept to a high standards; Proven ability to personally deliver outstanding customer service, with a passion for people & healthy living; Strong merchandising & inventory skills; Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Suite including outlook, excel & word; Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment including experience using POS system including cash handling experience; Hold a current food safety supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain).
