For a over decade, our unique rug designs have been finely hand crafted to add comfort and style into living spaces across the globe. Our journey of creation and expansion continues as we expand our Tallira furniture collections, specifically curated for style, comfort and liveability. We embrace Fair Trade practices and the highest quality materials from New Zealand wool, wool blends and artsilk to high grade leather, upholstery fabrics & finishes. Our team work closely with experienced crafters who have been dying yarns, and expertly weaving handmade rugs for generations. Regular visits to production houses ensure products are made ethically and with integrity. Not one rug is exactly the same and carries its own distinct handmade characteristic. Designer collaborations are important partnerships that enrich The Rug Collection and we have had the privilege to create collections that support and promote Australian artists, designers and the Indigenous Culture. We stock our extensive collection of rugs and furniture in our Melbourne Warehouse with items ready-to-ship across Australia and the globe. In addition, we offer a Custom Rug by Design service for unique visions or requirements for both residential and commercial projects. This dynamic full-time role is based out of our Clayton South Head Office and is ideal for a creative marketing professional passionate about content creation, social media strategy and digital design. What you'll be doing - Content Development: Assist in developing engaging content and strategies to boost brand visibility across online platforms - Content Creation: Produce visually striking content, including videos, product photography, and graphics including some custom rug artwork and website assets - Social Media: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to schedule social media content, and foster community interaction - Digital Design: Update and design catalogues, rug & furniture labelling, lookbooks, EDM's & landing pages - Marketing Support: Assist in running ad campaigns, SEO initiatives & creating digital assets for marketing campaigns - Product Photography: Photograph, edit, resize and colour-correct product imagery to enhance online listing What we're looking for - A degree or similar in Marketing, Design or a related field - Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Canva - Proven experience with content creation, including photography, videography & graphic design - Familiarity with social media scheduling and social media campaign strategies - Strong organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent written and verbal communication skills About us Our journey of creation and expansion continues as we launch many new rug & furniture collections.
