A look into our On-the-day Coordination service 👀 Our OTDC package is perfect for those who want their event to be worry free - we will ensure that all of your suppliers have arrived on time, that your set-up is running to schedule, and everything is in place for you to walk into your event and say “wow!” Here’s how we do it 👇🏼 1. Initial Consultation Includes discussion of the overall event; ideas, guest numbers, venue, layouts and mapping out your mood board 2. Site Visit A site visit to your venue to ensure we have dotted the i’s and crossed the t’s. We want to know where everything is to be placed, and will take notes to ensure we bring your vision to life! 3. On The Day Coordination Service On-the-day Coordination of delivery and collection from each supplier, ensuring that everything in in place, suppliers are briefed and your event set-up is running to schedule. 6 months ago Danielle + Michael came to us with a colour palette and said "work your magic", so we got to work on creating their dream wedding from conception to creation 🤍 The couple booked 'The Finessed Bride' package - here's how we helped. 👉🏼 Initial consultation to discuss their ideas, colour palette (in this case, blue and white), venue and vendors 👉🏼 Event styling concepting + supplier recommendations - this is where we create the concept and pull all of the visual elements together 👉🏼 Supplier consultations - meetings with up-to 5 suppliers to discuss the concept and brief 👉🏼 Site visits to the venue with the couple and/or suppliers 👉🏼 Styling development + Implementation - this is where we keep all elements on track and on time with unlimited email/phone communication with each supplier 👉🏼 Preparation of run sheets + styling schedule 👉🏼 On the day coordination to ensure everything went to plan!
