🤔 “What if we could disrupt ourselves?” 🤔 That’s the question that got Tomoyuki and I thinking back in 2022, when ChatGPT exploded onto the scene. We took that question as a challenge. In 2023, we raised $2 million to make this vision a reality, fired up by Goldman Sachs’ prediction that 44% of legal tasks could be automated within the next decade by LLMs. And here we are, 18 months later, launching something we’re incredibly excited about and proud of: Sprintlaw is now an AI-powered legal platform. At the heart of our new platform is Taylor AI – the world’s first voice-enabled AI lawyer for small businesses. Trained on over 10,000 Australian & UK small business law resources, Taylor can chat with you just like a real lawyer would. Taylor is in its fledging stages, but we’re super excited about its potential. Our roadmap includes more sophisticated doc review and drafting capabilities, and more integrated collaboration with our lawyers’ workflows, to bring the speed and quality of legal support available to small businesses to a whole new level. With our new platform, we’re rebooting with a technology infrastructure powered by LLMs. But it’s just a means to an end in staying true to our founding mission - to find ways to make legals faster, easier and more affordable for the millions of underserved small businesses and startups out there. To the entire Sprintlaw team – thank you for making this happen, and for your hard work, creativity, patience, flexibility and positivity through such a huge period of change! 🚀   Special shout out to Brandon Johan Helena Regie Wendy David Joseph Harry Angelina Joshua Claudia Embeth Simon Abinaja Minna Aidan Joel Deven for their big contributions in the planning, build and rollout. And to all the small businesses and startups out there, this platform was built for you - so give it a try! I’m pumped to announce that Thriday is partnering with the National Self-Employment Association (NSEA). 👏 The NSEA works tirelessly to support small business owners and entrepreneurs as they embark on their self employed journey. The NSEA plays an important role in fostering the success of self-employed individuals by providing resources, education, and a network of coaches. By working together, Thriday and the NSEA will provide entrepreneurs with even greater access to the tools they need to 'thrive every day' — whether it’s managing their accounts, simplifying their taxes, or gaining insights to make smarter business decisions. I couldn’t be more excited about the value this collaboration will bring to our customers and the wider self-employment community. Find out more here: https://lnkd.in/gb3iHnRH

I had enough... It was annoying and it was time for a change... Our NPS, reviews and customer satisfaction have always been through the roof, but many of our potential customers wanted to 'try before they buy'. We literally had thousands of people peering through the shop front but not quite ready to come in. I get it. Thriday is a completely new category - could it really, possibly, just maybe, automate banking, accounting and tax?? So we made a massive change to Thriday last week, and it's already making a huge difference. Anyone can now jump on board and use our platform: ✅ Free and open to all: Whether you’re a sole trader, company, partnership, or trust, you can start using Thriday’s incredible accounting and tax features for free! No strings attached. We want you to see what you are missing out on. ✅ Unlimited invoices and receipts: You can use our incredibly powerful receipt scanner to automatically track your work expenses and GST, and also send unlimited professional invoices and quotes to get paid faster. ✅ No more waiting around: Forget the full ID verification and KYC checks. You can now dive into Thriday without jumping through hoops. Just sign up with Google, Apple, Microsoft or old school email and you’re good to go.  ✅ Access expert tax agents: Whenever you need assistance with your taxes, you can liaise with our team of Australian-based accountants to get the support you need - when you need it. Sound too good to be true? Well, you can see for yourself now: www.thriday.com.au
