We were delighted to host the 1st of 3 Executive Elevate masterclasses run by Shirin Danesh in our office last week. In this workshop, the audience learnt how to identify their unique selling points to make them the obvious choice as a future leader and collapse time to the top. Intentionality, nurturing networks and soliciting feedback were also key elements. Feedback from one guest: "I learned to treat career pathing with intentional focus; it's a project with a North Star that requires effort. I also gained clarity on identifying my edge and crafting a succinct narrative. I'd definitely attend the next workshop!" Shirin will be running the 2nd masterclass on mastering crucial conversations in early 2025.

Welcome home Ben Townson...! 🏡 After a 4-year hiatus, we are absolutely delighted to welcome Ben back to the T+O+M Executive family. Ben played an key role in setting up our successful Projects and Transformation Practice, and, within 5 years, he built an excellent reputation in the senior Projects and Transformation community, whilst living and breathing T+O+M’s values and culture. After a brief stint in the UK, Ben took a founding role in a start-up recruitment business in Sydney, playing an integral role in their set up. This experience has sharpened his expertise, and deepened his passion for connecting talent with great opportunities. His yearning to come back to T+O+M was too over-whelming and, after a three year wait, we could not be more excited to welcome him home! His return marks an exciting new chapter for us all, bringing with him 15 years of networks and experience, fresh insights and a renewed commitment to driving excellence.
