Best in Class Master Cylinders! Since 2014, the Trailparts Master Cylinder has set the standard. It's a much larger reservoir than most ¾” cylinders means you don’t need to top it up as often and is less likely to run dry. The Autoback bypass valve is a popular upgrade to the cylinder: it’s an easy-to-fit device that saves you from having to manually flip over the reversing flap. The Banjo-friendly side entry port is another great feature. We received feedback from customers that cylinders with 45-degree ports plumbed with copper lines were more prone to damage, so we came up with our innovative side-entry port design that reduces the risk of impact. Hollow tube axles are now one of the most widely used axles in the industry, compliant with the Australian Design Rules (ADR), including heavy towing classes up to an ATM of 4.5T. They are lighter, easier to customise and offer ample strength for most applications, making them a preferred choice. Dive into the details over on our website here: https://lnkd.in/gAMVaf9u

Advantages of Hollow Tube Axles: 1. Lightweight: Reduced axle weight allows for increased load to be carried within the ATM. 2. Easy Customisation: Lengths, droppers, overlays, and brake configurations are all possible without long delays. 3. Quick Lead Times: Manufactured to order using stubs and box sections, ensuring fast turnaround. Dive into the benefits of Hollow Tube Axles over on our Blog here: https://lnkd.in/gAMVaf9u

Why Choose Hollow Tube Axles? The key advantage of hollow tube axles is their ability to offer significant weight savings without sacrificing strength or load capacity. This reduced weight can make a world of difference when you’re looking to increase payload—whether it's fitting an extra digger bucket on a hire trailer, a larger water tank on a camper, or adding more supplies to a caravan.
