"𝑫𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒓𝒆𝒇𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆? 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔."- Markus Zusak, The Book Thief Growth starts with the 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 to see ourselves clearly, to 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 our habits, and to 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 that pushes us forward. Recently, I had the privilege of participating in the "Leadership Mastery Program", conducted by TransforMe Learning & Leadership Solutions and sponsored by Sapiens, an experience that reinforced the power of self-introspection, transformation from within and peer feedback in shaping leadership excellence. Through a mix of guided reflection, candid conversations, and structured peer feedback, I gained deeper insights into my leadership style - strengths I should amplify and blind spots I need to address. And when all this happens in a space of trust and growth, it transforms into a roadmap for improvement. One key lesson? Leadership isn’t about knowing all the answers—it’s about being open to better ones. A huge thank you to Gatik Chaujer for your insights and your amazing ability to engage, connect and have uncomfortable conversations with tremendous courage and a lot of finesse and charm. I am also thankful to Sarish Sethumadhavan, Kaimal Vinoo, Ravi Buddha, Prakash Kumar Das, Nilesh Dasari, Gopal B., Gopinath Nalla, Anand S., Charan Kumar, Pradeep Kumar, Ganesh Rasappa, and Sushil Mahla for their invaluable perspectives. To all my fellow participants - your openness, reflections, and shared experiences made this journey all the more enriching and I look forward to learning together. I appreciate the candid discussions and the support we extended to one another. A special note of gratitude to Sapiens, Vasavi Mondeti and Surajit Basu for making this program possible. Your commitment to leadership development creates the foundation for continuous growth, and I’m grateful to be part of an organization that values learning and transformation. A special note of thanks to Gayle Herbkersman and Rajesh Kenkere for being truly invested in my learning journey and my career growth. If you ever have the chance to be part of such a program - take it and make the most of it. And if not, proactively seek structured opportunities for self reflection and self transformation. Because the only way to grow is to be willing to change.
