This great piece of data created over a long period of time showed an increase of over 10% in impervious area in this established residential suburb through changing house designs and site usage. The Local Council implemented a strategy to reduce end of line outflows through Space Down Under Kerb and Tree pits to offset the need for capital expenditure to increase the size of end of line Stormwater infrastructure. This is officially the furthest transport of TRUEGRID Pro Plus in Australia, nearly 6000 Kms from the factory in Logan Qld to the site of a railway bridge outside Pannawonica WA. Our thanks to the team at Centurion Transport for delivering to site on time, with Rio Tinto shutting down the trainline for bridge maintenance by the team at Norwest Contracting and Rail, being late on site was not an option. This project required the carpark to be extended, the end user has created a storage area for scaffold using forklifts to load and unload. When looking at the design of a particular project it is important to consider how the use may change over time and the capacity of the installed product to meet any use. For example in this project Porous Asphalt would fail, porous concrete would fail, concrete permeable pavers would not support the load yet TRUEGRID has remained structurally sound despite the abuse it receives.
