  • Exciting news for fellow cheese lovers – we’re thrilled to announce that from 1 Jan 2025, we will be the distributor of the legendary Selected by Will Studd range. With Mayers Fine Food coordinating corporate retail distribution, this partnership is set to bring some of the world's best cheeses to restaurants and food retailers across NSW and the ACT. Hand-selected by international cheese specialist, award-winning author, and ‘Cheese Slices’ presenter Will Studd, this collection of benchmark cheeses and butter highlights the best of the best from across France, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, and Australia. “Will Studd is at the top of his game, and we couldn’t be happier to be working with him to bring the Selected by Will Studd range into the fold… With over fifty years of experience working with cheese, his knowledge, passion, and advocacy for the product is simply unparalleled.” says General Manager Sally Gosper.

  • Our Greenacre warehouse was conceived as a home for the very best in Australian produce, and we’re over the moon to welcome Goldstreet Dairy into that home. Made in a micro-cheesery in Marrickville by former chef Colin Wood, this cheese is lovingly crafted from single-herd Jersey milk sourced from Camden Valley Farm – a micro-dairy of 30-40 cows. To make each batch, Colin himself drives the 59km south to collect the raw milk, pasteurising it at the cheesery the following morning. This hands-on approach to cheesemaking, and the goal of going from milking to curd within 36 hours ensures that Goldstreet Dairy’s cheese is made from the freshest and highest-quality milk. Crafted with passion, care, and a commitment to premium Australian dairy, it’s no wonder this extraordinary cheese has a cult following.

  • In Queensland’s lush Mary Valley, some locals noticed perfectly good fruit from nearby farms going to waste – rejected by major buyers or simply falling to the ground and left to rot. Learning that millions of tonnes of edible food are discarded in Australia each year, they decided to be the change they wanted to see, and started making a difference in their own backyard. Partnering with local farms to rescue fruit that would otherwise go to waste, Mary Valley Food Co gives beautiful Australian produce a second life, while supporting the region’s farming community. #ProducerSpotlight

The first Pukara Estate olive tree was planted in 1999, and in 2003, the first commercial harvest took place, launching Pukara Estate as we know it today. Over 20 years on, they continue to take the greatest pride and care in their harvesting and production processes, to guarantee products packed with freshness and flavour. Pukara Estate’s extra virgin olive oils are made from nothing but the finest olives, sustainably grown in their Hunter Valley grove. Harvested at their best and pressed immediately, these olives create vibrant and well-balanced oils that are stored onsite in a climate-controlled storage facility and bottled on demand to ensure optimal freshness. #ProducerSpotlight
