As we close out 2024, we’d like to celebrate the growing collection of accolades OneNinety has been honoured with this year. The project was recently awarded at the prestigious Property Council WA Property Awards in two categories for Best Commercial Refurbishment, and Best Retail Refurbishment. We're thrilled to share Valtari has been nominated nationally for the Master Builders Australia Building Excellence Awards in the 'National Commercial / Industrial Construction' ($10 - $20m) category for The Claremont Hotel.       The nomination follows huge success across the Master Builders Association of Western Australia Excellence in Construction awards with our team taking home four accolades.      The Claremont Hotel was awarded 'Best Historic Restoration or Renovation' and 'Best Public Use Building', while OneNinety was honoured with 'Best Office Building' and Finalist in 'Best Refurbishment or Renovation' $10m - $20m).     A big congratulations to our team and thank you to all involved in these award-winning projects. #theclaremonthotel #MBA #masterbuildersaustralia #construction
