This time last week we wrapped up our final State of the Nation 2024 event in Hamburg! 🇩🇪 It was a fantastic afternoon spent unpacking some of our State of the Nation Germany report, and we were lucky enough to hear some insights and opinions from our fantastic guest panelists across 2 really great sessions: with Dorota Karc, Paul Thümer, Felix Huyer joining to give the media owner perspective, Mattis Koch, Jonas Kofahl-Kraatz, and Sven Ruppert to give a view from the buy-side. Here are some of our key takeaways: ✨ Average campaign inclusion rate of prDOOH in Germany is expected to rise to 33% over the next 18 months ✨ prDOOH is ranked the highest amongst all media channels by marketers for both brand and performance objectives ✨ 97% of German marketers are either considering, testing or actively integrating DCO into their campaigns, however only 8% of German marketers are currently actively using DCO for prDOOH campaigns Dorota Karc: "We don’t need to exactly copy what has happened in other digital advertising channels going programmatic into DOOH - we should be pursuing what we know works in traditional OOH and push that towards programmatic."
