Project Complete: Engineering Design for Toowoomba’s New RDO Facility. We are thrilled to have delivered the Building Services for Toowoomba’s brand-new RDO Equipment Australia branch, a cutting-edge facility set to serve the community. Spanning a massive 72,000 sqm with over 11,000 sqm under roof, this state-of-the-art site features a 6,462 sqm workshop equipped with four cranes, a sophisticated oil and coolant distribution system, and a reticulated air system. The facility also includes a heated paint booth, self-cleaning wash bay, and a spacious parts warehouse to support agricultural, turf, construction, and Vermeer Australia customers. We are proud to add value to the industrial and commercial sectors, bringing our extensive expertise to every project. Another WalkerBai Project. Al-Faisal College is embarking on a groundbreaking project in Austral, NSW, with plans for a state-of-the-art Primary and Secondary School spread across two sites, catering to approximately six thousand students and educators. At WalkerBai, we've had the privilege of collaborating closely with the incredible team at Al-Faisal College and PMDL Architecture + Design. Together, we've successfully completed tender design documentation for the first phase: a contemporary 2-storey building tailored for Kindergarten and Year 1 students. This innovative space boasts 14 General Learning Areas (GLAs), alongside dedicated administration and staff facilities carried out by Rohrig Constructions. We are thrilled to announce that our partnership will now extend to the next phase of development: crafting a purpose-built 2-storey facility to accommodate Year 3 and 4 students. WalkerBai have continued their engagement with ALAND to develop their concept design and deliver detailed services design for 'Amber', the second stage of The Gladstone Village in Merrylands, NSW. This mixed-use development is set to significantly reshape the local landscape and transform Merrylands into a thriving community hub.
