Washbox Global on the Preview of Tomorrow Podcast! 🎧 Did you know that 60 billion litres of polluted wastewater - filled with chemicals, microplastics, and toxins - flows from construction sites into waterways every year? 😨 It’s a growing problem, but Washbox Global is changing the game. Our founder and CEO, Andrew Crimston, sat down with Michael Lake on the Preview of Tomorrow podcast, hosted by Leading Cities, to discuss how our closed-loop, fully mobile wash-down system is eliminating liquid waste pollution in construction. A huge thank you to Leading Cities for having us on. 🎙️ Listen to the episode here: https://lnkd.in/gyEUgSKs #SustainableConstruction #Wastewater #Podcast #WashboxGlobal

At Washbox Global, we’re tackling this crisis at the source with closed-loop wash-down systems that capture, filter, and recycle wastewater - preventing toxins from reaching our oceans. Cleaner waterways start with smarter wastewater solutions. Let’s make it happen. #SustainableConstruction #WashboxGlobal #CleanWaterways
Sydney’s most iconic beaches are making headlines for all the wrong reasons... Unsafe levels of pollution, stormwater contamination, and overflowing sewers that also carry industrial wastes are putting marine ecosystems and public health at risk. But the problem isn't caused at the shoreline. Construction sites, transport yards, and industrial facilities also contribute to this crisis, as sewer systems carry harmful pollutants—solvents, biocides, and microplastics - straight into our waterways through limitations in municpal waste water treatment. 🚨 Traditional wastewater management isn’t enough. Most sewer systems don’t filter out these contaminants, allowing them to enter the environment and even infiltrate our food chain. At Washbox Global, we’re committed to rethinking how the industry manages wastewater. Our fully mobile, closed-loop wash-down system: ✅ Captures and filters pollutants before they reach waterways ✅ Recycles water for continuous use, reducing waste ✅ Helps sites stay compliant while protecting the environment If we want cleaner oceans and healthier ecosystems, we need better wastewater solutions on our construction projects. #SustainableConstruction #WashboxGlobal

Traditional liquid waste disposal is costly, inefficient, and environmentally damaging. Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) is changing that ⬇️ By eliminating wastewater discharge, ZLD improves productivity, reduces costs, and protects the environment - a win for both businesses and the planet. With sustainability at the forefront of the industry, it’s time to rethink how we handle liquid waste on-site. At Washbox, we believe in smarter, cleaner construction practices. The future is here - are you ready for it? #Washbox #ZeroLiquidDischarge #SustainableConstruction #Innovation #EnvironmentalStewardship

Film production relies on vast resources, especially water. At Washbox, we're proud to have helped save over 300,000 litres across six major productions with Village Roadshow and Fox Studios by recycling wash water and capturing waste solids. Some projects are still under wraps, but others have already hit screens worldwide. With growing pressure on water supplies, it’s time for every industry, even film, to rethink its impact. #Washbox #SustainableFilmProduction #WaterConservation #BehindTheScenes #MakingMoviesSustainable #SetConstruction Sustainable Entertainment Alliance The Sustainable Act Smiely Khurana Hollywood Climate Summit

Most people assume that once wastewater enters the sewer, it just disappears. But the truth is, construction site wastewater could be poisoning our oceans.... Did you know that traditional sewer systems don’t filter out harmful pollutants? Solvents, biocides, and microplastics slip through, contaminating waterways and damaging marine ecosystems. At Washbox Global, we’re changing the way the industry manages wastewater, providing a smarter, more sustainable solution that keeps pollutants out of our oceans. #Washbox #SustainableConstruction #WaterConservation #ProtectOurOceans #ConstructionInnovation

In a recent episode of the Back to Blue podcast, our CEO, Andrew Crimston, discusses the critical need to address environmental impacts during the construction phase - an often overlooked aspect in current green building standards like LEED, BREEAM, and Green Star. Andrew emphasises the importance of considering factors such as water usage and waste management throughout construction to minimise harm to local communities and the environment. Andrew advocates for a more holistic approach to sustainability that encompasses every stage of building development.
