West Cobar Metals is pleased to provide an update on recent activities at its Bulla Park and Salazar Critical Minerals Project. Following recent diamond drilling at its Bulla Park project in NSW, the company is modelling the geology and mineralisation ahead of maiden Copper-Antimony Mineral Resource estimation. The Salazar Project contains an Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 15Mt of 100ppm Sc, with options to target additional high grade scandium areas within Newmont currently being assessed, with the metal trading at A$5,565/kg. A review of historical work at Salazar also shows strong potential for high purity alumina product, with HPA present in kaolin within the Newmont deposit, with an Inferred Mineral Resource (JORC 2012) of 4Mt of 29.7% Al2O3. Low-cost startup options are currently being assessed, in light of predicted major shortfalls of HPA production globally. West Cobar Metals Limited has provided an update on current and upcoming activities at the Bulla Park, Salazar and Fraser Range projects. Recent drilling at Bulla Park Copper Antimony Project and the Newmont Deposit at the Salazar Critical Mineral Project have confirmed large/upgraded Mineral Resource Estimates. Drilling at Bulla Park confirmed large interval of antimony copper mineralization in BPD09: 66m at 0.34% Cu and 0.13% Sb, 7g/t Ag from 200m and at Salazar's Newmont Deposit confirmed. A Total REE Mineral Resource Estimate of 230Mt at 1178ppm TREO was been confirmed through drilling at the Newmont Deposit in the Salazar Project. The Company has today launched an entitlement offer to raise up to $838,751 to progress the portfolio of projects and evaluate potential new opportunities. West Cobar Metals is pleased to announce a substantial increase to Mineral Resource estimates for rare earth elements (REEs), titanium dioxide, scandium and alumina at the Company's 100%-owned Salazar Critical Minerals Project, 120km NE of Esperance, Western Australia. The Salazar Project contains substantial Mineral Resources of high value critical minerals, including a globally significant scandium resource of 15Mt at 100ppm Sc. The Salazar Project, including the additional O'Conner REE deposit, now has a total inferred and indicated resource of 230 Mt at 1178ppm TREO. Recent drilling results support the understanding the REE, scandium, alumina and titanium dioxide deposit extends south beyond the current resource envelope, with potential for major increases in tonnages of all the reported commodities. West Cobar Metals is pleased to announce that a new style of previously unrecognised antimony copper mineralisation has been proven in the Bulla Park Copper-Antimony project in the Cobar Basin of NSW. The western part of Cobar Basin is historically underexplored and recent drilling and technical data highlights antimony and copper over wide intervals with mineralisation projected to extend east and west and may have a strike length of 1.8km or more. The combination of a recent price surge of antimony and global supply concerns have prompted West Cobar Metals to commence a search for a strategic partner. West Cobar has completed a two-hole diamond drilling program at its Bulla Park Project in central NSW. Hole BPD09 intersected a 218m zone of disseminated sulphides, with the core now being cut and prepared for assay. Results are anticipated in September. West Cobar Metals is pleased to announce excellent recent scandium leaching results during testing at the Salazar Project in WA. Scandium extraction using HCl of 91% in upper saprolite and 90% in lower saprolite was recorded, with H2SO4 use yielding results of 92% and 70% respectfully.
