  • In the hustle and bustle of the construction world, it's easy to get caught up in deadlines and targets, often overlooking the well-being of those around us. Today, Whyte Civil encouraged everyone around the sites to pause for a moment and check in on your colleagues, friends, and loved ones. Ask the simple question: "R U OK?" It can make a world of difference. Sometimes, all it takes is knowing that someone cares to a beacon of light in a challenging time. Remember, mental health is as important as physical health. Our goal is to create a culture of openness and support in our worksites. How are you checking in on your team today? #RUOKDay #MentalHealth #SupportEachOther #WorkplaceWellbeing
