Sydney's king of pizza Luigi Esposito - widely credited for introducing the harbour city to the famed Neapolitan-style - this week unveiled a new type of pizza for diners to enjoy. Located in the heart of Surry Hills, 170 Grammi is serving up some of the only “la tonda scrocchiarella Romana” or Roman-style, round pizzas in town, featuring some of the region's most famous pasta flavours as toppings, such as cacio e pepe and carbonara.
