Thank you to The Urban Developer for the feature on one of WINIM's milestone Advisory projects, Warrawong Plaza. Our Advisory team, led by Ry Stephen and Wilma Leahy, worked with long-standing client Elanor Investors Group on the 7 hectare site, to upgrade and increase yield. The shopping centre now boasts a 95 percent occupancy, $186-million valuation and a weighted average lease expiry of 5.1 years. Elanor Investors head of retail, development and mixed-use use Matt Healy remarked on the "7ha of very well-located land in a trade area that is undergoing significant densification as well as gentrification" and that our team's "expertise, knowledge, and proactive nature makes most projects seamless".
