The data is clear – healthy employees drive business success. Yet, many organisations still see workforce health as a cost rather than an investment. The latest research from McKinsey & Company shows the ROI on employee wellbeing is undeniable: 📊 The business case for workplace health: ✔️ Companies with a "culture of health" see 11% lower turnover ✔️ A 1-point increase in employee happiness correlates with $1.39B to $2.29B in annual profit gains ✔️ Reducing absenteeism and presenteeism could unlock $3.7T to $11.7T in global economic value ✔️ Happier employees are 13% more productive ✔️ Investing in employee health can provide returns worth 17% to 55% of average annual pay per employee Why this matters A resilient, engaged workforce is not just a competitive advantage – it’s a necessity. Businesses that invest in workforce health experience greater retention, higher productivity, and stronger long-term growth. At Work Healthy Australia, we help organisations turn these insights into action, ensuring employees stay healthy, engaged, and productive. Are you prioritising workplace health in 2025? Let’s start the conversation. #EmployeeWellbeing #WorkplaceHealth #Leadership #HR #Productivity #WorkHealthyAustralia #BusinessGrowth

About us
Work Healthy Australia are early intervention workplace injury prevention, treatment and management specialists. We partner with businesses across Australia that want to address their WorkCover claims, LTIs, and absenteeism due to musculoskeletal injuries. We are best utilised in industries with jobs that require manual handling or repetitive movement, such as food production, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, healthcare, and local councils. We deploy our specialised allied healthcare professionals onsite, where they provide treatment and advice to workers, and spend time understanding and addressing the risks and challenges a workplace is facing. Our team of experts work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure each program meets the strategic needs of our clients – and that our reporting, systems and client support is second to none.
